Introduction New Way Hotel/Resort Management System
Hotel/Resort management system (New Way) is a management software system, used for 3 - 5 stars hotels. It's developed by TCV.,JSC and applied in many large hotels/resort. The system includes following modules:

- Housekeeping management - Souvenir shop management - Restaurant, bar management - Karaoke room management - Sauna, massage, spa management - Tennis service management - Swimming service management - Operator - Accounting magagement - Reports for GM - System management New Way allows to connecting and collecting data among departments and give detail or general reports for hotel management. The information will be transmitted among departments through hotel's internal network, all operations are implemented on computer and then, all kinds of document which are necessary for payment of customers will be printed. For example: the staff can print invoices directly when a customer used services at hotel or he can Click "Payment", "Room rate" and data will be transfer to Reception department to collect and add into customer's invoice. Similarly, Housekeeping also inform all services that customers used and then transfer to reception department to resume with other services such as mini bar, laundry and print in total Invoice. The others services such as massage, karaoke, swimming and tennis are also integrated on system, so the customer can pay directly and conveniently at that time or pay finally with room rate. Besides, New Way also has a useful function, which has been researched and developed from 2006. This function supports remote administration via the internet, so the Directors can control hotel business state (such as: room-rate revenue report, restaurant revenue report, occupied rooms or ready room report,....) wherever and whenever. New Way allows to log again all the actions, which the staffs did and help to detect their frauds and mistakes. Hotel/Resort management system software New Way of TCV is built and developed in the form of Modules features which are very flexible: add new features or delete some features easily. Mechanism of granting privilege for each account will be correlative with the functions that the user would like. |
